Brilliant advert!! I've only had sraightforward old second hand machines and I've always broken those. I haven't had a machine for a few years, but I'd love one that could do loads of different stiches like that.

weirdbunny - don't you love it! Wish my machine did the large shape stitch. The brother is a real good machine with a lot of stitch variety and a fair price for the quality - see this link:

Wow Cherry Rolfe she does! I hadn't even heard of the brand before the I saw the video so that's amazing. That's fantastic that it still runs, too bad about the buttons but hey one day it might be a real collectors item!

My Janome has lots of weird stitches on it and I never know what to do with them...

But I still love my machine as it always eats through whatever crazy fibre sandwich that I dream up. I'm very mean and it loves me anyways.

I think the commercial was brilliant though. I wonder if I could mod my sewing machine with some sort of crazy music player... hmmm..
