Sweet sentiments

Isn't this the sweetest little handmade card? It was made for me by my sponsored child who resides in Bangkok, Thailand. He is actually my second sponsored child as I've been doing this for about nine years now.
I really like the dimensions of the card, long and thin, it makes it interesting. It feels like he used pastel chalks for coloring, while the inside is full of Christmas cheer.
You know it's snowing it Seattle right now! "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...." The picture you see is what my backyard looks like right now.

Does anyone have any idea why Blogger isn't loading images in a new window but has a pop up instead?

Hi Jessica, yes through the Christian Children's fund, by choosing to sponsor through them I knew that they had a reputation that I could trust would benefit the children. You have a really great idea there, let me know if you come up with something.

What a talented kid! :)

By the way, that's a gorgeous picture of your backyard. Today, in southern California, it was 85 degrees, if you can believe that! :) I'll trade you.

Beautiful picture of your snow.

I like the idea of a thin, narrow card rather than the traditional sized/shaped cards.
