Ohhh.. those pushpins rock! Excellent score! Just saw the Betty Paige movie and retro fashion is all I can think about.
I tagged you with a meme on my blog but it's totally optional as I know how it's no fun when you are forced to do something...
Hey, baby!
I'm back from "Golden Week" holidays.
Wow, what you'd found is so cool!
From 1950s?
I love them!!
Hey thanks lady k, the movie was good then? Love Betty - that's how women are really built.
I've always been a retrovert. When I was little I loved church rumage sales because the older ladies would have all of their stuff (or their kids stuff, or their grandkids stuff) for sale for oh so cheap "Fill your brown paper bag for a dollar". Boy would I cram those bags to the hilt!
Hi kumi, so glad you are back! We missed you. I hope you had a lovely time. I looked on the box but I can't seem to pin point (pun pun) a date, it does appear to be 50's or early 60's. Thank you, thank you!
Lovely finds :) the pins are great, lucky you!
I love these retro goodies! The corner graphics are really neat! Is that some more of your photo magic?
Thanks cruststation, they were half way hiding under some fabric in the store so it felt like I won a treasure hunt or something. So far I can't bear to pull them out of the package!
Hi scribbles & bits, why yes it is! What a good eye you have!
very very cool!
Thank you monica!
Are you gonna make anything out of those?
That would be reall cool!!
Thanks kumi, I hope to eventually! I'll keep you updated.
wee push pins are too cute... they kind of look like the daisy earrings i made! haha
Oh yeah nico! : )
lovely patterns, are you going to attempt making them? I cannot wait to see the end result!
I am glad you are feeling better!
Good point! I just added it to my "to do list" so I don't forget. I'll keep you updated tongue in cheek! And thank you.
